possibly the best and nice stay on a business trip. fairly quiet room with enough supplies and with a lot of space. easy to get to, convenient and absolutely perfect location so close to attractions in sturgeon bay as well as sturgeon bay.

It was quiet!!
We found the location difficult to find. It is not clear where to turn off 42 going north. Also, going south on Bus. 42. Thursday we did not receive clean towels. We reused some from Wednesday. Otherwise, the room had been cleaned.

Price was reasonable for the location being in a major tourist town.
Front desk person seemed rude when I arrived with my daughter after 11pm on 8/16. I called earlier and let someone know that we would be a late check-in because we were attending the Packer/Brown preseason game in GB and would be arriving after 10PM. Apparantly that message didn't get saved or forwarded on to the night shift, because I was told that my rooms only had a 6PM hold on them and 'lucky for me' (as she put it), the room was still available. We had a few heavy bags due to staying in the area for 4 days and we were put on the 2nd floor. There was no elevator, so we had to lug the bags up the stairs. Complementary breakfast was disgusting. Took one bite of it and we decided to just venture into town and get something edible.

It was very close to where we were going fishing only 5 minutes away.
When we checked in the staff at the time was very confused and thought he knew everything. He said he had never heard of you and we didn't have any reservations. He then decided that he could give us a room but not the room we had reserved. When we gave them the card we reserved through you they said it would not accept it so we had to book under another card. Yesterday I received a bill from the first card so I assume I will be billed twice and will have to call and try to get it so we only pay once. Next time I will stay at the comfort Inn or the american Inn. As I know my reservations will be ok. The lady that came on the next day was wonderful, she knew what she was doing. But we still got billed twoce.
